Coyot AI operates as a Tech Provider on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to Coyot WaBI through Meta's official Embedded Signup flow — Coyot AI never creates or owns a business's WhatsApp account on their behalf.

Once connected, Coyot AI uses the resulting access on behalf of that business only to:

Send WhatsApp messages and campaigns that business has authored or scheduled Sync that business's own Meta-approved message templates Receive delivery and read receipts, and inbound customer replies, so they appear in that business's dashboard
